Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in 82024 Taufkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Supply Chain Performance Specialist (w/m/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Support the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools)
• Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions
• Participate to work specifications definition for subcontracting of Employment/recruitment services and tools together with local teams and Procurement in line with multidivisional organization Set-up
• Support Make-or-Buy decisions by providing local expertise on current recruitment subcontracting solutions
• Support implementation of "Buy" decisions with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement, IT, Data Security, Business leaders, ….)
• Coordinate with key stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in of harmonized processes in coordination with local teams
• Support follow-up of subcontracted Recruitment activities (tools and services) in line with defined performance measurement applicable to Suppliers
• Support implementation of appropriate performance indicators for services subcontracted with local stakeholders
• Coordinate operational business owners on improvement and best use of services
• Support definition and implementation of continuous improvement actions for Supply Chain activities
• Support compliant Procure-to-Pay process for Recruitment (tools & services) Supply Chain

Ihr Profil

Studium

• Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften : mindestens Diplom / Master

IT

• MS-Office : Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• Knowledge in workday is a plus

Kenntnisse

• Projektmanagement : gute Kenntnisse

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch : versiert
• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher

Berufserfahrung

• Experience in HR is necessary mind. 4 years Experience in Stakeholder Management is required mind. 4 years Experience in Procurement is necessary mind. 4 years Experience in Supply Chain is required mind. 2 years

Personal requirements

• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform professional presentations infront of auditories of all levels
• Service and customer orientated person with high sense of responsibility and considerable diplomatic skills in connection with a good apprehension, high motivation and reliability
