Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in 82024 Taufkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Projects and Support in HR Operations (m/w/d).Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage directly special HR projects within TO (development, competencies, training, change management, communication, reward, etc.)
- Support and coordinate Business Performance Reviews by consolidating, maintaining and analyzing all the relevant tracking data including Headcount, Recruitment, Diversity impact in relation to Operative Planning (OP and Forecasts) and associated Competence Planning
- Support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions.
- Contribute to and push for an efficient collaboration between HR and business in order to ensure the expected HR deliveries to the business
- Support the introduction of new tools for managers (incl. briefings, change support and individual support)
- Be part of the HR Communications Network to create and co-ordinate relevant messages
- Support the Resource Review
- Act as a key interface in the organization evolutions by supporting the organizational design, preparing the communication support materials to the employees and/or works councils and implementing the new organization in the relevant HR Systems
Ihr Profil
Studium- Betriebswirtschaft : mindestens Bachelor
- Experience in HR is required
- MS-Excel : Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- MS-Office : Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- Google Suite would be a plus
- Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher
- German would be a plus
- An open-minded person
- Proactive way of working
