Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus DS GmbH in 82024 Taufkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen AIT test campaign support METImage (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

The AIT department has significantly grown during the last years and needs now new people to complete the existing team in the METImage project. METimage is a multi-purpose instrument, which will provide inter alia detailed information on clouds, cloud cover, land surface properties, and sea, ice, and land surface temperature, contributing important data for meteorological- and climate forecasting. Complex on-ground test campaigns are necessary in order to qualify the flight units. The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a AIT test campaign support METImage (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:

• Create/maintain manual test procedures (e.g. needed equipment, test setup, measurement devices) and execute
• Handle and maintain ground support equipment (GSEs)
• Perform electrical and functional integrations (e.g. electrical measurement and script development/maintenance)
• Perform test evaluation and create test report
• Review test plan/specification (e.g. requirements)
• Support problem and non-conformance investigations

Ihr Profil

Studium

• Ingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau : mindestens Bachelor

IT

• MS-Office : mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• Programming skills (labView, Python or similar programming language)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch : mind. fortgeschritten
• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher

Berufserfahrung

• Experience in Test campaign is necessary
• Experience in Measurement technology is required

Kenntnisse

• Understanding of the ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) standards,especially in the area of tests and quality processes
• Handling of sensible hardware (e.g. detectors), especially for electrostatic discharge (ESD) critical components

Persönliche Anforderungen

• Proactivity and communication are keys as strong team effort is required
• Analytical thinking, ability to seek information from different sources 
• Willingness to work under cleanroom conditions
• Willingness to work in 3-shift pattern (24h/7 days over 4 to 6 weeks) 
• Willingness to work flexible times during intense project phases (e.g. night shifts)
