Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sustainability Project Manager (d/m/w).

Ihre Aufgaben

The jobholder works as a Sustainability Project Manager (f/m/d) and will support the Head of Sustainability and Environmental specifically in the definition and management of strategic projects aiming at supporting the sustainability and environmental evolution of the Division in connection with stakeholder and societal expectations. He/She is the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) focal point and adviser to the Ho Sustainability on strategic projects, focusing on the further development of our sustainability solutions for our customers. Further topics in the area of responsibility are sustainable finance and the EU Green deal. 

• Manage and support on the development of a sustainability transformation strategy in close alignment with our strategy and R&T department
• Lead the definition and set up of a sustainable product portfolio and manage a multi-stakeholder team identifying sustainable growth opportunities
• Lead a cross functional exchange on the EU Green Deal in close alignment with public affairs and regulatory intelligence preparing Airbus Defence and Space (AD) for upcoming legislation
• Support the group sustainability department in conducting a materiality assessment engaging AD specific stakeholder groups
• Definition and set up of an AD specific sustainability dashboard including data collection and visualisation to be reported on a quarterly basis to top management
• Lead and support the designated sustainable finance team ensuring flow of information and securing implementation of identified activities
• Being advocate for the Sustainability activities and foster lasting connections across Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus inspiring and engaging colleagues across the organisation in their work to support the Sustainability activities
• Communicating the Sustainability achievements internally and across digital platforms
• This role will involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly

Ihr Profil

Studium

• Luft- und Raumfahrt, Umwelttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Betriebswirtschaft: mindestens Diplom / Master

IT

• MS-Office : Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen

Kenntnisse

• Projektmanagement : gute Kenntnisse
• Proven leadership and managerial skills Experienced in the set-up and leading of projects with multiple partners

Sprachkenntnisse

• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher
• and a second language to negotiation level (French, German or Spanish) is necessary

Berufserfahrung

• Proven experience working in the field of Sustainability is required Good degree of knowledge on environmental regulations and their impacts to the business is necessary Proven experience in strategy development or strategic consulting is required
