Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus Defence and Space GmbH (AIR FUN) in Taufkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Performance Analyst (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

The jobholder works as a Performance Analyst (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:

• Support quarterly Outlook process
• Investment / Capex planning and financial follow-on
• Support the annual target Setting, OP, Forecast and Budget process for Space Systems
• Manage and coordinate the planning and reporting processes and communication on processes
• Prepare comprehensive top Management presentations Constantly challenge the status quo of the existing process and identify improvement and efficiency potentials
• Support tools development and improvement initiatives related to reporting and planning. Support and drive Simplifi / SAP HANA 4 implementation / exploitation to further automatize reporting and Focus on Business Analysis
• Support cash forecast with detailed analysis on relevant embedded risks & opportunities for Space System and Division
• Support monthly cash reporting with detailed analysis of delta to plan and previous year for Airbus Defence & Space
• Support on ad-hoc requests of the management

Ihr Profil

Studium

• Wirtschaftswissenschaften : mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang

Berufserfahrung

• Finanzwesen : mind. über 4 Jahre
• Good understanding and Analysis skills of Financial Statements (P&L, B/S and CF Statement) to derive appropriate and relevant conclusions is necessary

Strong working capital management skills with deep understanding of relationship between Balance Sheet item and their links with change in free cash flow

• Experience in planning & reporting establishes consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools)
• Experience in performance management and improvement analyzes quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets
• Experience in risks & opportunities contributes to earned value management when required and contributes to cash planning (capex, inventory, supplier spent planning)

IT

• MS-Office : mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• SAP : mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen

Kenntnisse

• Projektmanagement mind. Grundkenntnisse
• Good data analysis skills an knowledge with financial processes and tools, basic legal and HR processes
• Technical knowledge in operational areas
